A Spell Gone Wrong

How did.. How did.. You turned them into foals!

I dunno. They're kinda cute.
Maybe so. But they can't stay like that! How are we going to turn them back!
That's a very good question Twilight. But you're the magic expert here, not me.
I don't know. I've been studying magic all my life and I've never been able to perform an age spell. And yet you just pulled it off by mistake!

Yeah.... No idea where this came from. But I love how it came out. Some great practice for me on drawing foals, and also the first time in a while I've drawn Eight. And Jamie in his kilt. I much prefer how the tartan looks in this than in older pieces. It could still use some work but I'm getting better The general proportions, look great as well. And Eight. Your hair. It's so fabulous

As you may have guessed from the thing at the top of the description. The concept behind this picture is relatively simple. Eight was practising his magic. And something went wrong.. Very wrong. And it turned some of his other selves into foals. It didn't effect Jamie. Not sure how. Maybe he was in another room when it happened. And Twilight's also there, just off to the side out of shot because she's a pain to draw. >< Four is perched on Eight's back, sucking on a jelly baby , Five is hiding behind Eight's hind legs. Seven is running around. Two is trying to get Jamie's attention, not sure what he's doing with the recorder though. And since we've seen young foals use magic in the show I let him hold it with his magic. Six is flying, and he's not very happy with Eight. And Eleven is stuck under his fez. I guess it didn't shrink down like the Four, Five and Seven's hats did
The Doctor's that I drew as foals were just picked at random. No real reason behind them. Except for Eleven, the idea came and I went with it

There's probably something else I wanted to write here. But if there was I've forgotten. I dunno. I'm tired. And I'm glad to have this finished. I have one more piece I want to get done. Then I'm going to finally get to work on commissions and requests. Pinkie Promise. I'm so sorry it's taken so long. I'll get there.. Just bare with me. ^^'
