Fly Away Zap

Well. Usually when I try something new nothing much comes of it. But this. This is actually pretty good

What's different about this? Well. Firstly. It was ALL made in GIMP. All of it. I've never done that before. I've used GIMP for effects but never an entire image. I usually use Inkscape for my pictures. But this was all made in GIMP. With the help of LissyStrata's incredibly useful, and brilliant tutorials.
Her wing feathers are a bit rough but I couldn't get it to look right
She is _{sort of} shaded though. Which is a plus. Something I've never really done before either. I might work all off GIMP more often if you like how the finished product looks. Commissions and such will still be done in Inkscape for now but my own drawings may be done with the new technique It does take a bit longer. But it does look pretty cool if I'm honest I still have a long way to go. But it's pretty good for a first attempt

Also drawing this gave me another chance to draw Zap. I really don't draw her enough. ><

Ok. Now that this is done. I can do commissions and requests and stuff
